Our services include, but are not limited to, profile assessments to determine the best-fit programs and universities, personalized strategy development, essay support for crafting impactful and genuine submissions, interview coaching to boost confidence and performance, and a range of related consulting services. We provide comprehensive assistance at every stage, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. At ONWARDO, our mission is to make your application process as seamless, efficient, and transparent as possible, all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
• While we are dedicated to provide exceptional guidance and support, and our College/University Application services have consistently helped applicants achieve a higher success rate, it is important to highlight that ONWARDO is a merit-based organization offering expert education advisory services. Although we do not have affiliations or tie-ups with any educational institution, our services are designed to maximize your chances of success. However, please note that while we strive to offer the best possible outcomes, our admission consulting services do not guarantee or promise admission to any specific university or program. 
  

  Confidentiality:

  • At ONWARDO, we are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of your personal information. All information and application materials shared with us are handled with the utmost care and are used solely for the purpose of providing our services. We strictly adhere to privacy laws and regulations, and we will not disclose our client list or use your name without your explicit consent. Rest assured, your information is protected and treated with the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • By utilizing our services, you hereby grant your consent for the use of audio and visual materials, including but not limited to testimonials (in text or video format), recorded feedback, and success stories, for marketing and promotional purposes. Should you wish to withdraw your consent, you may do so by providing written notice to us at connect@onwardo.com, at the time of your enrollment or at any time thereafter.
  • By using our services, submitting applications, or providing any communication or data to us, you acknowledge and agree that these interactions occur electronically. You consent to receiving communications from ONWARDO, its affiliates, consultants, or advisors through electronic means, including but not limited to WhatsApp, email, phone, or other communication methods. We strive to maintain active engagement throughout the process. However, if ONWARDO is unable to contact you for a period of 30 to 45 days, we reserve the right to consider your account inactive and may temporarily suspend or terminate your access to the consulting services.
  • If you have registered your phone number on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ list with your network provider, you are required to take the necessary actions to enable ONWARDO, its affiliates, consultants, and advisors to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or any other mode of communication. You further agree to ensure that no such communication is filed as a complaint with the relevant authorities. Should you wish to unsubscribe from receiving specific communications or data, you must provide written notice to us at connect@onwardo.com. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delays or disruptions to the services provided.

  Intellectual Property (IPR):

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of ONWARDO/IMS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website or application without obtaining prior written consent from ONWARDO/IMS. By using this website or application, you further agree not to host, post, upload, display, publish, transmit, update, or share any material or information that:
  1. belongs to a third party and to which you do not have the legal rights;

  • While ONWARDO endeavors to provide accurate, reliable, and valuable guidance and assistance throughout the application process, it is expressly understood and agreed that the final decisions regarding admissions are solely within the discretion of the respective educational institutions to which an applicant applies.
  • ONWARDO does not and cannot guarantee, nor is it responsible for, the outcome of any application, including but not limited to rejection, waitlisting, deferral, or conditional admission.
  • By using ONWARDO’s services, you acknowledge that ONWARDO is not liable for any adverse outcome, including the failure to secure admission to any educational institution or specific program, regardless of the guidance or services provided by ONWARDO.
  • ONWARDO disclaims any responsibility for the decisions made by educational institutions and shall not be held accountable for any actions or omissions of such institutions, including delays, changes in admission policies, or failure to admit an applicant.

    • Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience and reference. However, we do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content, practices, or policies of these external websites. By accessing these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. ONWARDO/IMS is not liable for any damages or issues arising from your use of any linked third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

    Service Validity: 

     

    • Validity: The services provided by ONWARDO are strictly limited to the specific admission cycle corresponding to the intake for which the user has registered. The term “Intake” refers to the designated academic period (e.g., Fall, Spring, or Summer) explicitly specified at the time of enrollment. Upon the conclusion of the registered admission cycle, all services related to the enrollment will automatically terminate, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Should the student wish to extend the validity of their enrollment, they may do so by paying a deferral fee, which must be paid within one month prior to the expiration of the service validity.

     

    • Re-application: Users seeking to utilize services for subsequent admission cycles must enter into a new agreement and remit the applicable fees for such services. Any offers or discounts extended will be at the sole discretion of the Company and subject to terms and conditions determined by the Company at its sole discretion.

    
     

    • Application Quota Expiry: The services provided by ONWARDO are expressly limited to the number of applications specified in the service agreement at the time of sign-up. Upon the full utilization of the agreed-upon number of applications, the service shall be deemed complete and will automatically terminate, regardless of whether the admission cycle remains ongoing.

     

    • Fulfillment of Services ONWARDO’s services will be deemed fully rendered and completed upon the applicant securing admission to any university or institution, as specified in the agreed application scope. This fulfillment is not contingent upon the applicant’s subsequent enrollment in the institution or any visa denial by the relevant authorities. ONWARDO shall not be held responsible for decisions made by visa authorities or any other external entities outside the scope of the services agreed upon.

     

    • Change of program or Variant: Once the final list of colleges is approved, a student shall not be permitted to change their selected program or variant within the same program. In the event of unavoidable circumstances necessitating such a change, it shall be considered at the sole discretion of the ONWARDO team. If the request for change is approved, a processing fee will apply.

    
    ONWARDO reserves the right to refuse the extension or transfer of services beyond the agreed application quota or to any intake other than the one specified during registration, without prior written consent obtained from ONWARDO  and any applicable additional fees duly paid.t

     

    Governing Law:

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India,. Any disputes, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection  with including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. . By using our services, you consent to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any legal matters related to these terms and conditions.

    Changes to Terms and Conditions:

    We reserve the right to modify or update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by any updates or modifications made to these terms.

    Termination of Services:

    We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services at its sole discretion if it  determines that  you have violated these terms or engaged in unethical behavior /conduct, including but not limited to  plagiarism or fraudulent activity , or any other actions that are deemed in violation of applicable laws or standards of conduct..

    ONWARDO’s Obligations :

    • No Guarantee: ONWARDO makes no warranty, express or implied  or claim that the use of our services will result in an applicant’s acceptance to any particular school or program. While we try our utmost and provide the best outcomes, our services may be subject to  interruptions, delays, security  vulnerabilities,  and may contain  errors. No advice or information, whether oral or written, provided by Onwardo shall  create any warranty or obligation, not expressly set forth in these terms and conditions.

    • Liability: The applicant acknowledges and agrees that ONWARDO act solely as a consultant  and does not guarantee interviews, admissions and or any specific outcomes . Any liability arising from a deficiency in services or failure to meet stated responsibilities outlined  shall be strictly limited to the fees paid by the applicant for the services  and, in no event, shall exceed that amount. In particular, while ONWARDO may assist   in facilitating interviews, however, the responsibility of making adequate checks on the timing, location and other relevant details rests solely with the applicant.
    • Guiding & Assistance only: ONWARDO offers only guidance and assistance. Our expertise is clearly defined. We do not write essays for students nor do we fill in any application forms or visa related forms on behalf of students, on college or visa portals. We only support applicants by providing valuable inputs, in developing application materials like essays, SOP, resumes and letters of recommendation. All the said write ups must be created by the applicant. We will only offer strategic recommendations for the applicant to implement.
    • No Test Help: ONWARDO does not offer nor is responsible for any Standardised test or general test preparation or support. The applicant is responsible for studying, researching test dates and managing registration and score reporting to colleges. ONWARDO does offer mock Interviews, if the applicant gets a call from an Institute.
    • Essay Guidelines: Essays brainstormed by the Consultants and applicants together, will be the only ones edited and submitted to the University. Essays once brainstormed, cannot be replaced with other essays.
    • Visa & Bank Loans: While ONWARDO does not help with short term profile building, Bank loans or Foreign exchange services. However we can refer you to a specialist team within the IMS India team,  who can assist you with these matters. For Visa- related  assistance, we can direct you to external vendors. Please note that ONWARDO is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such service providers, nor are we liable for any deficiencies in their services or failure to fulfill their stated responsibilities.
    • Re-application: Re-application does not guarantee the assignment of the same consultant who you had last year. ONWARDO does not guarantee that the applicant will be assigned a specific consultant of their choice. – The consultant will be an expert in the relevant  program they are applying for and will be determined at the  discretion of ONWARDO.

     

    Client Obligations:

    • Communication: ONWARDO will assign you to consultant(s) at the commencement  of your consulting process. You agree to communicate in an  effective, respectful and professional manner with your assigned consultant(s) throughout the duration of the service. 
    • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the consulting process whenever requested.. If at any time, it is discovered that the information provided by you is  false, incomplete  or inaccurate (wholly or partly), ONWARDO reserves the  right, at  its sole discretion, to withdraw its  services, without any liability to you.
    • Authenticity: Applicants are responsible to draft/create original materials including  resumes, institutional-specific essays and other supplemental documents. ONWARDO will not be held liable or responsible for  any material submitted to an educational institution that has been plagiarised in part or whole. Applicants are responsible for meeting all deadlines and for the authenticity of all documents. ONWARDO  reserves the right to terminate or suspend its  services if it  determines , at its sole discretion , that the applicant has   violated these terms or engaged in unethical behavior, including plagiarism or any  fraudulent activity.
    • Confidentiality: Applicant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary materials provided by  ONWARDO. These materials, developed and shared exclusively for the use of applicants who have engaged ONWARDO for profile building, application, advisory, and related services, must not be disclosed, shared, or distributed to any third party without the prior written consent of ONWARDO.

    Testimonial: If the applicant is accepted after working with ONWARDO on their application, the applicant may be requested to provide a high-resolution photograph (2MB) and/or a 2-minute testimonial regarding the support provided by ONWARDO and the impact ONWARDO had on their application. This testimonial may be used by ONWARDO for marketing and promotional purposes.

    Applicant’s Responsibilities:

    1. Feedback: Applicants are expected to go through Consultants’ feedback on all application materials, including suggestions, questions, proposed language changes and potential deletions. If any of our feedback is unclear, please ask for clarification.All updates ,   comments, changes or clarifications must be done on the google document itself. Applicants are prohibited from sharing  this information or any related content  with any third party.
    2. Communicate Regularly: ONWARDO understands that applicants face many demands on their time. In order to assist you effectively ,  ONWARDO expects you to stay in touch regularly by email or WA, even with short updates or status reports.
    3. Swift Intimation: Keep us informed of your schedule, exams and or travel plans. As each applicant and consultant’s schedule and obligations may  differ It is essential that you update your consultant about any scheduling constraints failing which  ONWARDO will not be responsible for any delays owing to the action, inaction or lack of communication on the part of the applicant.
    4. Reasonable Demands: Much of the work involved in preparing quality application materials involves prolonged and serious thought that requires time and effort. So, applicants are requested to take this into account when reviewing suggestions and when requesting or expecting urgent feedback or inputs from consultants. We usually turn around a document in 48 working hours, but may require more time under unavoidable circumstances.
    5. Email: When sending emails, please ensure to ”Reply All” or “CC” all relevant, involved parties – the applicant, their guardian(s) and ONWARDO consultants.
    6. Social Media and Networks: It is advised that an applicant follows ONWARDO’s accounts on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to access updated information pertaining to profile building, the admissions process, upcoming events, scholarships and other relevant topics.
    7. Provide PDF Copies: Once you submit an application to an educational institution, please upload a final PDF of all relevant application materials to your shared file folder. These materials help the ONWARDO team prepare you for interviews and future submissions. These materials are not shared outside ONWARDO and are stored securely within our internal systems.

    Payment and Refund Policy: 

    1. All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-adjustable, whether in  whole or part, irrespective of whether the service has commenced or not. An exception to this rule may be made   solely at the  discretion of the ONWARDO’s senior management team.  All payments are made for a particular application cycle for particular services and a particular application. Payments are not refundable nor are they transferable to other services, to future cycles or to another person.
    2. If you wish to defer your application submission to a subsequent application cycle for unavoidable reasons, the same is permissible by sending the ONWARDO team a written request, along with the applicable deferral fee.
    3. All rates & fees mentioned on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Full payment must be made before the commencement of services, unless specified otherwise in your terms of onboarding. No contract will exist between you and Company for the Services until Company accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail. 
    4. By signing/acknowledging the agreement to avail our services, the applicant  cannot withdraw at any point, during the process. An exception to this rule is possible at the sole discretion of the ONWARDO senior management team. Requests for refunds will not be accommodated once services have been provided or any part of the process has commenced. 
    5. ONWARDO reserves the right to terminate, pause, or withdraw its services without refund of the service fee if the applicant:
       a) fails to submit all required documents within the stipulated time frame;
       b) attempts to tarnish the reputation or business operations of the company in any manner;
       c) does not respond to emails or phone calls from the company for a period exceeding one month.
